Medallions Germany before 1900 Hanover, Ernst August, medal (146, 1g), 1861, from Frederic Brehmer, on be equestrian statue. Av. Head to the right, at the bottom "BREHMER. F. " and circumscription "ERNST AUGUST KOENIG from Hanover". Rev. Equestrian statue of the king, on the Bedenseite AWOLF. INV. BREHMER. FEC, in section: "to commemorate the celebration the Uncovering 21 SEPT. 1861. circumscription "grateful WUERDIG the son, as for dear D. People created", Brockmann 1087, extremly fine to uncirculated. The equestrian statue was 1861, ten years posthumously King Ernst Augusts, ritually inaugurated. It is since before the Central Station from Hanover. The costs of round 37. 000 Talers were through collections, grants us income from organizations furious (Günter Brockmann, volume 2, page 292) .
