Deutsches Reich 12 + 3 Rpf. auf 15 Pfg "Nothilfe 1931: Bauwerke", Aufdruckfehler "Rdf. anstatt Rpf." extrem seltener Fehldruck der nur in wenigen Exemplaren bekannt geworden ist, in postfrischer Erhaltung waren zum Zeitpunkt der Attestierung inklusive diesem Stück nur zwei Exemplare bekannt, geprüft Georg Bühler (doppelte Signatur), außerdem Richter sowie Fotoattest A. Schlegel BPP (2012): "Die Qualität ist einwandfrei.", die Bewertung im Mi.-Katalog wird der Seltenheit in keinem Falle gerecht.
